You may not use the network to download, share, or distribute copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.

5. Security & Privacy

This is a shared network and may not be secure. You are responsible for protecting your device and data. We record portal visits, acceptance clicks, authorization outcomes and times, a pseudonymous device identifier, estimated device type, operating system and browser, access point, and access expiry to operate and secure the service and prepare management reports. We do not collect resident names or browsing history through this portal. Device estimates and randomized addresses can affect counts. Reports are restricted to authorized management; records may be disclosed as required by law.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, speed, or uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Continuum South Beach, its association, management, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the network.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Continuum South Beach and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the network or violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
